An Entertaining Education

A couple of years ago, during a family RV excursion through the southeastern U.S., we stopped in one of those hard-to-reach places made accessible by a house on wheels. We temporarily traded our road yacht for an airboat, and a fellow named Captain Matt piloted us through the mangrove forests of the Everglades. As we stalled for a few minutes in a little bay, an 11-foot-long alligator approached us with hunger in his eyes. Captain Matt explained that you can judge the length of an alligator by checking out his snout. We also learned that gators can rise about six feet out of the water to grab their prey. "You're looking at a living, breathing dinosaur," he explained. "He's looking at...a buffet."

Fairy Tales Can Come True
Some may be too small, others too big, but like in the
Goldilocks fairy tale, there's sure to be an RV that's
"just right" for you. Whether your passion is fly-fishing,
hiking or simply a weekend escape with your family
and friends, RVing is a wonderfully fun, surprisingly
affordable way to get there more often. RVs, or recreation
vehicles, combine transportation and living quarters for
a multitude of leisure and outdoor activities. Whether you
are in the market for a new, used or rental RV, whether
you want it for weekend jaunts or year-long journeys,
whether you're solo or have a family of eight, there's an
RV sized and priced right for you.

Sunrise Breakfast Burrito
Relaxing and recharging on an RV vacation with those
you love lets you get a handle on life – reprioritize what's
important and spend time enjoying each other's company.
So relax and get a handle on breakfast, too, with a hearty
handful of good eating, the Sunrise Breakfast Burrito.
Start your day with a personal package of nourishing
breakfast foods to power you through whatever adventures
the day holds in store. This recipe adds a southwestern
flair with salsa and peppers, but you can easily customize
it to everyone's particular tastes. Try sausage and cheese.
Or maybe you're more of a bacon or ham lover. Prefer to
stick with veggies? Check out local produce stands and
markets to grill up some of the seasonal favorites and toss
them in with your eggs. Make it a truly regional delight
by complementing your individual burrito with a side of
local seasonal fruits chilled to perfection. Now that's an
egg-cellent way to start any day!
