Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 4oz plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: sprinkle of cinnamon
- Optional: sprig of mint
Instructions
1. Blend blueberries, yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon in a blender until frothy, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed.
2. Pour into a glass and top with mint if desired and enjoy!
