Harvest Steak Salad

Ingredients
- 2 heads of romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ fuji apple, chopped
- ½ cup blue cheese or feta cheese
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
- ½ cup grapes, halved
- balsamic dressing
- 8oz top round steak
- Steak seasoning
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp garlic, minced
Instructions
- Heat a pan on the stove or griddle over medium heat. Melt the butter completely, swirling it around in the pan to coat the bottom.
- Season both sides of the steak with the steak seasoning.
- Sautee garlic for a minute, then lay the steak overtop in the pan.
- Cook steak on each side for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove steak from pan and slice into thin strips.
- In a large bowl, add in the lettuce, apple, cheese, pecans, and grapes. Mix until combined.
- Add desired amount of dressing and mix well.
- Distribute the salad into two plates or bowls and then lay 4oz of steak on each salad.
- Enjoy!
