Ingredients
- 4 ears fresh corn, halved
- 6 red potatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1 ring smoked sausage, cut into bite sized chunks
- 1 lb shrimp
- 6 tablespoons butter
- ¼ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 5 drops hot sauce or to taste
Instructions
In a small saucepan sauté to garlic in butter then add seasoning and hot sauce and simmer 5 minutes, set aside.
Place corn and potatoes in instant pot, cover with water, and cook on high 5 minutes.
Release steam and open.
Add in shrimp and sausage and cook on high for 3 minutes.
Release steam and open.
Add sauce, stir, serve immediately, and enjoy!
