Ingredients
- 1 can of apple pie filling 21 ounces (or whatever pie filling you prefer)
- 1 package of 8 inch uncooked flour tortilla shells - 8 count
- Caramel topping (optional)
- EQUIPMENT: Blackstone griddle, or flat griddle over fire
Instructions
Yields: 8 serving
- Spray flat griddle with cooking spray and lay an uncooked tortilla on medium heated griddle.
- Once it starts to bubble, flip over and add 3-4 TBSP of apple pie filling (or filling of your choice) to one side of the tortilla and fold over the other half.
- Cook for 30 seconds-1 minute (watching carefully not to burn tortilla).
- Flip and warm on the other side for 30 seconds more.
- Remove from the griddle and prepare remaining tortillas.
- Plate and add your favorite toppings such as caramel drizzle or ice cream.
