2024 Easter Events in Campgrounds

California

• Barstow / Calico KOA Holiday in Yermo, California: This campground will have egg hunts for two different age groups, 1 to 8 and 9 to 15. After the egg hunt, there will be crafts for the kids and an ice cream social.
   
• Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Lodi: This park will have  an Easter egg hunt as well as a visit by the Easter Bunny.
   
• Manchester Beach / Mendocino Coast KOA Journey in Manchester: This park celebrates Easter with a variety of events — weather permitting — including a community fire, ice cream social and movie night on Friday and egg decorating, an ice cream social, and a movie night on Saturday. Sunday’s activities include a “paint the fence” activity and a visit by the Easter Bunny followed by an egg hunt.
   
• Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve in Santee: This campground will have several Easter-themed events on March 30, including egg hunts, crafts in the clubhouse and an “Easter Bunny and the Kids vs. Parents Tug-O-War.”
   
• Temecula KOA at Vail Lake in Temecula: This park will celebrate spring break and Easter week, March 25-31, with an Easter egg hunt, a visit from the Easter Bunny, and live entertainment. There will also be a bounce house and slide, face painting, and photo opportunities.

Louisiana

• Hidden Oaks Campground in Hammond: This campground celebrates Easter with crafts, bingo, an Easter egg hunt, and a visit from the Easter Bunny. Live music will also be provided in the evening.
   

Maryland

• Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Williamsport: This park celebrates Easter with an Easter egg hunt and a visit by the Easter Bunny.

Massachusetts

• Normandy Farms Family Camping Resort in Foxboro: This campground will celebrate Easter the weekend of April 5-7 with Easter egg decorating and an egg hunt. 

Mississippi

• Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Horn Lake: Easter weekend at this park includes an Easter egg hunt and a visit by the Easter Bunny.

New Jersey

• Thousand Trails Sea Pines in Swainton: This campground celebrates Easter the weekend of May 31-June 2 with an Easter egg hunt and opportunities to decorate an Easter egg tree and play games of egg catch. There will also be Karaoke on Saturday night.

North Carolina

• Cape Hatteras / Outer Banks KOA Resort in Rodanthe: Easter events at this campground include cookie decorating, a “Magic Jelly Bean Garden,” an Easter egg hunt, and a visit by the Easter Bunny.
   
• Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Bostic: This park celebrates Easter with an Easter egg hunt and a visit by the Easter Bunny.
   
• Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Tabor City: This park will celebrate Easter with egg hunts for all ages and even the dogs. The bears will be delivering Easter Baskets. There will also be games of “Chocolate Bunny and Peeps Bingo.”
   
• New Bern KOA Holiday in New Bern: Easter events at this campground include a barrel train ride, a “hey” ride, crafts, a scavenger hunt, and a visit by the Easter Bunny.

Pennsylvania

• Buttonwood Campground in Mifflintown: This campground has two consecutive Easter-themed weekends, April 5-7 and 12-14, with kids crafts, games, a “Hey!” wagon ride, an appearance by the Easter Bunny, and an Easter egg hunt.
   
• Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Mill Run: Activities at this park include egg coloring, cookie decorating, a jellybean guessing contest, an Easter egg hunt, candy bar bingo, an Easter basket raffle, and a magical Easter basket ride.
   
• Mountain Creek Camping in Gardners: This campground celebrates Easter with Easter games, crafts, and egg hunts for all ages including your four-legged friends. There will also be a special egg hunt for the adults.
   
• Scottyland Camping in Rockwood:  This campground will celebrate Easter with egg hunts for both adults and children.

Texas

• Great Escapes RV Resort in Perrin: This park begins Easter weekend by singing Karaoke with Biscuit. The Easter Bunny will make an appearance for pictures and to hide Easter eggs for an Easter egg hunt.
   
• Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Burleson:   Easter weekend events this park include Easter-themed crafts, Easter egg relay races, a “Tip the Easter Basket Group Game,” a scavenger hunt for large wooden Peeps, a Peep eating contest, and a “Hop & Treat” event, the park’s spin on a traditional Easter egg hunt.
   
• Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Canyon Lake: Easter weekend at this park includes an Easter egg hunt and a visit by the Easter Bunny.
   
• Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Tyler: Easter weekend at this park features an Easter egg hunt and a visit by the Easter Bunny.
   
• Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Wichita Falls: An Easter egg hunt and a visit by the Easter Bunny are among the activities planned at this park.
   
• Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Waller: This park celebrates Easter with an Easter egg hunt and a visit by the Easter Bunny..

Wisconsin

• Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Sturgeon Bay: This park celebrates Easter on the weekend of June 7-9 with an Easter egg hunt with Yogi Bear and a DJ dance on Saturday night.

Florida

• The Waves RV Resort in Naples: For Easter, this resort will have Easter crafts, tea, and cake on March 26 and an Easter egg hunt on March 31, followed by an Easter dinner formal.

Virginia

• Shenandoah Valley Campground in Verona: The Easter Bunny will make several visits throughout the Saturday of Easter weekend and will also participate in a “Hey Ride.” There will be multiple egg hunts for children in different age groups. Music by DJ Tim the Soulman will be provided in the evening in the pavilion. There will be a sunrise service and worship with Healing Waters Ministry on Sunday. 
   
• Walnut Hills Campground in Staunton: This campground celebrates Easter the weekend of April 5-7 with egg decorating stations in which guests can transform plain eggs into miniature works of art. The park also complements its egg hunt with competitive games, including egg-rolling contests and sack races
