Oven Temp: Low
- 3-4 pound roast (anything on sale)
- 5-8 cloves of garlic (to your liking)
- 1 jar pepperoncinis
- Provolone or mozzarella cheese
- Hoagie rolls
Slice garlic cloves into thirds lengthwise, make slits in the roast and insert garlic all over roast (depending on how much garlic you like). Put roast into slow cooker and pour pepperoncinis and liquid over roast. Cook on low 6-8 hours or until falling apart. Serve on hoagie rolls with provolone or mozzarella cheese and your choice of condiments.
When making sandwiches, place meat on rolls, cover with cheese and zap in microwave for a few seconds. Don't forget to use the pepperoncinis in the sandwiches. Enjoy! We do!!!!
