Campfire Pulled Pork

  • Pork roast
  • Galic & herb seasoning
  • BBQ Sauce 


Coat pork roast in garlic and herb seasoning. Wrap in several layers of foil. Set on hot coals until meat thermometer reaches 160°. Take pork roast from fire and let stand for about 10 minutes and remove from foil. Let the roast cool and then "pull" the pork.  Add to skillet with BBQ sauce, mix and heat.
