Ingredients
- Approximately 2 cups, depending on the pan, oil
- As many cans as needed refrigerated biscuits
Directions
In a pan or electric skillet, fill the pan with enough oil to fill halfway and heat to 350 degrees. Use as many cans of biscuits as needed. Poke a hole in the middle of the biscuit and put in the oil. Fry for approximately 3 minutes, then turn and cook for 3 minutes on the other side. Put into a resealable bag with some sugar or sugar and cinnamon and shake. Finish cooling on paper towels...Enjoy!
Notes
Variations: Let cool and ice with frosting instead of using sugar. Or use jams, peanut butter, you-name-it for the topping.
