Low-Fat Salsa Chicken

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (4 oz each)
  • Cooking spray
  • 3/4 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in an 11x7 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Spoon salsa evenly over chicken. Top with green onions and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until chiciken is done. 

NOTE - This is so easy you don't even have to measure the ingredients. Just top each chicken breast with salsa, green onions and cheese.
