Oven Temp: 350
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (16 oz) tomatoes
- 2 cans (16 oz) beans with pork
- 1-2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
In a large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and onion until onion is tender. Drain off excess fat. Stir in tomatoes, beans, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and salt. Heat thoroughly. Pour into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
NOTE: If you prefer a less sweet taste, use one can pork & beans and one can ranch-style beans.
