Lumberjack Breakfast in Foil

Ingredients

  • Sausage links or Canadian bacon
  • Frozen hash browns or leftover cooked potatoes, diced
  • Eggs
  • Chopped tomatoes and green onions (optional)
  • Shredded cheese, any kind

Directions

Place sausages or bacon on a double layer of foil, lightly sprayed with cooking spray.  Add a handful of the potatoes, an egg or two and the tomato and onion. Salt and pepper to taste.  Wrap packet and place on hot grill or campfire for 15-20 minutes or until meat is thoroughly cooked. Once meat is cooked, open packet and add cheese. Close packet and allow cheese to melt. Enjoy!
