Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen hash browns (diced)
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 Tablespoon crushed garlic
  • 1 8-oz block cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients except cream cheese in the crockpot. Cook on high 4 hours. Add cream cheese and cook an additional hour.
