- 4 thawed boneless chicken breasts
- 1 box cornbread stuffing mix (6 oz)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
Place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot. Pour stuff mix over chicken. In a medium bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream and water. Mix well. Pour over stuffing mix. Cover with lid and cook on low 4-5 hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
