Pecan Caramel Rolls

Oven Temp: 350 degrees


  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • 15 Texas Rhodes frozen rolls
  • 1 box (4 oz) coconut cream pudding (not instant) or butterscotch
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Cinnamon to taste


Place pecans in bottom of a 9x13 well greased pan (bottom and sides).

Place frozen dough rools in pan (3 across & 5 down).

Sprinkle dry pudding mix over rolls.

Melt butter and mix with brown sugar.

Pour mixture over rolls and sprinkle with cinnamon

Cover with plastic and light towel and let stand overnight

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes and invert on a platter.
