- Corn on the cob, husks and silks removed
- Chili Powder
- Smoked Paprika
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Grated Parmesan (or grated Cotija)
- Lime wedges
Lay out foil long enough to wrap the corn a few times. Place corn on foil and cover in butter. Sprinkle corn with salt, chili powder, smoked paprika and red pepper flakes. Be sure all sides are evenly coated. Sprinke with cheese on each side. Roll corn in foil and place in campfire or on grill. Let cook for 20 minutes, giving each cob a quarter turn every five minutes. Removed from fire - open with caution. Generously squeeze corn with juice from lime wedge to bring out the flavor.
