Buffalo Style Chicken Wings

  • 4 lbs chicken wings (split)
  • olive oil spray

Seasoning Salt (Combine):

  • 1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons salt


  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup red hot (Durkee Cayenne Red Hot Sauce)
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)


Rinse and pat wings dry. Spray cookie sheet with olive oil. Place wings on sheet and spray wings with olive oil. Sprinkle seasoning salt on oiled wings. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes (or 20 minutes if wings are small). Turn wings, drain off excess grease, and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Bake an additional 30 minutes. Mix sauce and toss wings to completely coat. Serve with Blue Cheese Dip.

Note: I keep this spice mixture on hand for many other recipes so you may want to reduce portions from tablespoons to teaspoons for this recipe only.
