Cooking Temp: Medium-High
- 1 1/4 labs. ground chuck
- 1 medium onion chopped (to taste)
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 2 cans vegetarian vegetable soup
- 1/2 CA water
Brown ground chuck with onions and parsley. Drain grease, add soup and water. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer until it has consistency for sloppy Joe. Serve on buns with chips on side.
