1 teabag of ginger lemon tea
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 cinnamon stick
1 anise star
1 sprig of rosemary
1 or 2 cloves (optional)
Boil the water. (in our case, we'd used the Kelly Kettle which is a portable device for boiling water outdoors using twigs as combustible material)
Add all the ingredients to the water to make the tea.
Add bourbon (optional) and enjoy by the camp fire!
