Morel Mushrooms with Red Pepper Aioli

Ingredients

  • Morel mushrooms
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Flour
  • Salted butter

Directions

Soak mushrooms in salted water. Gently pat mushrooms dry. Slice mushrooms into rings and then gently toss the rings into flour to lightly coat. Melt a couple tablespoons of salted butter and fry till golden and crispy. Serve with Red Pepper Aioli if desired.

Red Pepper Aioli

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise
  • Red pepper, chopped
  • Garlic
  • Lemon

Directions

Mix together.
