Morel Mushrooms with Red Pepper Aioli

Ingredients

Mushrooms:

Morel mushrooms

Water

Salt

Flour

Salted butter

 

Red Pepper Aioli:

Mayonnaise

Red pepper, chopped

Garlic

Lemon

 

Directions

Soak mushrooms in salted water.

Gently pat mushrooms dry.

Slice mushrooms into rings and then gently toss the rings into flour to lightly coat.

Melt a couple tablespoons of salted butter and fry till golden and crispy.

Serve with Red Pepper Aioli if desired (mayonnaise, red pepper chopped, and garlic & lemon mixed together).
