1 can of black beans
1 small can of chilis
Bold taco spices (Penzeys)
Place black beans and chilis into a pot, on the stove top.
Add some cumin and taco spices to taste.
Once the beans are simmering, heat up your griddle.
While the griddle is heating up, add tortillas to be come warm and toasty.
Cook eggs as you desire without overcooking them.
Add some of the taco spice sprinkled on top of the eggs.
Place cooked eggs on the tortillas on the griddle, and add the black bean mixture and eggs on each tortilla, then all the avocado, sour cream, salsa, and a few chilis on top.
