Ingredients

  • 1-2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 large can pork and beans
  • 2 cans whole potatoes
  • 1 package medium-sized tortillas
  • Optional: grated cheese

Directions

Brown and drain ground beef. Add tomato sauce and pork and beans. Stir and simmer for 15-20 minutes on low. Add potatoes cut into small bite-sized chunks. Stir and simmer 15-20 minutes. Heat tortillas on burner until warm. Roll tortillas and fold up one end. Spoon mixture into tortilla and eat.

Notes

Optional ideas: You can add grated cheese to mixture before serving or right into tortilla when eating.
