Oven Temp: 350
- 1 large can of your favorite chili
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1 box cornbread mix
Pour the chili and corn into a cast-iron skillet. Spoon the cornbread mix over the top of the chili. Bake in a 350 degree oven until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cornbread comes out clean.
This dish also tastes good reheated the next day.
