Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pounds potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 pound bacon
- Seasoned salt to taste
- Salad seasoning to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil potatoes until tender, allow to cool, then peel and cube. Fry bacon and onion together in a large skillet; add potatoes and seasonings. Cook until golden.
Notes
Can be made in an electric frying pan.
