- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. non-dairy whipped topping
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1-1/2 cup favorite cookies, crushed
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Crush favorite cookies for crust – plain cookies work best, such as graham crackers, vanilla flavored wafers, sugar cookies, etc. Mix crushed cookies and butter together and press into bottom of 9x12" pan. Blend cream cheese and whipped topping together as pie filling and spread over crust. Top with drained pineapple. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, cut into squares, then enjoy.
