- 4 quarts popped popcorn
- 3 tablespoons butter-flavored margarine
- 1/4 cup sucralose sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Place popcorn in a large roasting pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. In a saucepan, slowly heat the margarine over low heat. Add the sugar substitute, water, cinnamon and salt; cook and stir over low heat until dissolved. Pour over popcorn; toss to coat. Bake, uncovered, at 300 degrees F for 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
