Oven Temp: Low
- Chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup wine (whatever you have on hand)
- Rice or noodles
Put into slow cooker enough chicken breasts for number in family. Add can of soup (I prefer chicken). Add dry onion soup mix and wine. Cook in slow cooker for eight hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
This recipe has been a favorite of my family for years. It is wonderful to have ready to serve after a long trip.
